Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group and Nadim Ashi’s Fort Partners are teaming up to develop a new Four Seasons-branded luxury tower in Miami’s Coconut Grove, set to replace the former Offices in the Grove building located at 2699 South Bayshore Drive. The nine-story building, originally designed by Kenneth Treister in 1972, was acquired by Colombo’s CMC Group in 2020 from Mast Capital, and is currently undergoing phased demolition to make way for the new development.Fort Partners, led by Nadim Ashi, owns all Four Seasons properties in South Florida, including the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Fort Lauderdale, Brickell, Palm Beach, and The Surf Club. CMC Group, under Ugo Colombo, is concurrently developing the Vita at Grove Isle luxury condos in Coconut Grove, following the successful completion of Brickell Flatiron in 2019.Coconut Grove has experienced a significant transformation in recent years, with major projects such as Terra’s Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove, and Treo Group’s development of the mixed-use Regatta Harbour and Bayshore Club, located across from the former Kaufman Rossin building. This new Four Seasons tower will further elevate the area’s reputation as a premier destination for luxury living in Miami.
